Michael Lawless

Michael Lawless has over two decades of financial leadership experience in the life sciences sector, with a successful track record of building and improving financial management, discipline, and communication of life sciences companies. Prior to joining InspireMD as Chief Financial Officer, Mr. Lawless served as CFO of Lifeward (formerly ReWalk Robotics), a publicly traded medical technology company focused on neurorehabilitation and mobility solutions.

Previously, Mr. Lawless served as CFO of the $200 million life sciences division at Brooks Automation, where he led financial operations and applied financial analytics and insights to drive operational improvements including accelerated revenue growth, pricing discipline, cost efficiencies, and operational leverage.  He has held several other senior finance roles across the life sciences and technology sectors, bringing expertise in capital markets, M&A, investor relations, and financial operations.

Mr. Lawless holds a B.A. degree in Economics from Swarthmore College and earned his M.B.A. in General Management from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College. He is also a Certified Public Accountant.
