Donna DeChant

Donna joined InspireMD to build the people and organizational foundation supporting the company’s U.S. commercial launch and continued growth. She leads talent acquisition and onboarding for the U.S. organization and is responsible for establishing the systems and processes that enable teams to operate and scale effectively.

She brings more than 30 years of experience across public, private, founder-led, and private equity–backed companies, including over a decade in executive leadership roles within high-growth startup environments. Earlier in her career, she held senior Human Resources and organizational development roles at Waste Management, JM Family Enterprises, and Ryder System, Inc.

Mrs. DeChant’s executive experience spans the full lifecycle of building and scaling organizations—from early-stage formation through operational scale, transformation, and liquidity events. She has played key roles in aligning fragmented organizations, strengthening leadership execution, and supporting major milestones, including a NASDAQ IPO, a $365 million growth funding round led by Goldman Sachs, and multiple merger and acquisition initiatives.

She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Stetson University, an MBA from Florida Atlantic University, and multiple certifications in executive assessment, coaching, and team development.
