InspireMD Sales App
DOWNLOADING INSTRUCTIONS
Step 1: Delete the old InspireMD sales app from your iPad (skip if you don’t have the old app):
- Hold your finger down on the app until it starts to shake
- An ‘x’ will appear in the upper right hand corner, click it
- Push the Home button to make the other apps stop shaking
Step 2: Make sure your iPad is updated to at least iOS 7 and you have at least 1GB of data available:
- Go to Settings > General > About
- iOS version is listed under “Version”*
- Data available is listed under “Available”**
*If you require directions on updating your iPad, please visit: www.apple.com/support/ipad/ and choose “Update your iPad”
**If you need to free up space, we suggest backing up your photos and then deleting some from your iPad
Step 3: Make sure your iPad is connected to the Internet and fully charged or charging:
- The app is large so this download may take time depending on your internet speed
Step 4: Download the app:
- Open your InspireMD app invitation email on your iPad
- Click the link provided, it will open into a Safari browser window
- Click the link provided
- A box will appear, click ‘Install’, the app will immediately begin downloading
Step 5: Make your InspireMD email account is the PRIMARY account on your iPad (otherwise emails from the app will send from your personal account):
- Go to Settings > Mail, Contacts, Calendars > Default Account
- Choose your Inspire email account
Please Note:
- You do not need to be connected to the internet to use the app, except when using the email feature. Email requires an internet connection.
- If the download stops working, please try again before contacting us. It might be something as simple as your internet connection!
